Rawa Feta Cheese Samosa
Ingredients (serves 2–4):
Rawa Feta Cheese, crumbled 🧀
1 pack samosa pastry sheets 🥟
1 small onion, finely chopped 🧅
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp flour + water (for sealing) 🥣
Oil for frying 🔥
👨🍳 Instructions:
Mix the filling: Combine Rawa Feta Cheese with the onion, parsley, and black pepper.
Shape the samosas: Place the filling inside the pastry sheets and fold them into triangles.
Seal the edges: Brush the edges with the flour and water mixture to secure them.
Cook: Deep fry until golden and crispy, or bake at 200°C until browned.
