  • Rawa Feta Cheese, crumbled 🧀

  • 1 pack samosa pastry sheets 🥟

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped 🧅

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp flour + water (for sealing) 🥣

  • Oil for frying 🔥

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  • Mix the filling: Combine Rawa Feta Cheese with the onion, parsley, and black pepper.

  • Shape the samosas: Place the filling inside the pastry sheets and fold them into triangles.

  • Seal the edges: Brush the edges with the flour and water mixture to secure them.

  • Cook: Deep fry until golden and crispy, or bake at 200°C until browned.
