Hossam Shaat is a practical, result-driven professional with solid experience in FMCG and food distribution across Qatar and the GCC. Throughout his career he has focused on building strong commercial teams, developing meaningful customer relationships, and delivering real business results on the ground. In his role as National Sales Manager at Raw’a he leads nationwide sales operations and works closely with the senior commercial leadership team to support growth plans, improve market presence, and strengthen partnerships with key retailers across all channels. Alongside sales he also contributes to marketing planning and activation by helping translate brand strategy into real execution inside stores and across campaigns. With a hands-on approach in both sales and marketing he has driven double-digit growth in key categories and continues to support Raw’a’s journey as one of Qatar’s trusted and fast-growing food brands.
