Our Participation in the Workshop "Excellence in Yogurt and Dairy Beverage Production in the Middle East and North Africa"
As part of Gulf Food Production Company’s commitment to enhancing its technical expertise and elevating the quality of its products in line with the latest global standards, we were honored to participate in the specialized workshop organized by the U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC), titled:
“Excellence in Yogurt and Dairy Beverage Production in the Middle East and North Africa: Applying the Science Behind U.S. Dairy Ingredients.”
The event was held on September 30 and October 1, 2025, at the headquarters of MEFAD (Misr for Food Additives) in Cairo, Egypt.

The workshop stood out for its rich scientific content, featuring presentations by a distinguished group of international experts, along with hands-on sessions that covered the latest technologies in yogurt and dairy beverage production using U.S. dairy ingredients. It also provided an ideal interactive environment for knowledge exchange and networking among participants from Egypt, the Gulf countries, and Morocco.
During the workshop, our team had the opportunity to explore innovative, applicable solutions and technologies that can be integrated into our production system, contributing to the enhancement of our product quality and boosting our competitive capabilities in regional markets.
